Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an Arabic‑speaking Project Coordinator to join our project services team and support Project Managers in delivering B2B Learning and Development projects. The role involves managing tasks, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage project tasks using tools such as ZOHO.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
• Define and document project requirements clearly.
• Monitor progress, raise issues or risks to the Project Manager and Directors.
• Prepare project reports and training certificates for clients.
• Handle training content logistics, including printing and uploading to the LMS.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in learning and development.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ZOHO project management tool.
• Experience using monday.com or similar platforms.
