QA/QC Supervisor – Project

About the role

The QA/QC Supervisor will lead the quality control function on construction projects, overseeing daily inspections across all disciplines and ensuring compliance with approved Inspection & Test Plans. The role involves supervising QC Inspectors, coordinating hold points, and managing non‑conformance reports to maintain high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of QC Inspectors across all disciplines.
• Ensure inspections, tests and hold points are executed according to approved ITPs.
• Review daily QC inspection reports and guarantee accurate documentation.
• Coordinate hold‑point notifications and schedule inspections with clients or third‑party inspectors.
• Support the QC Manager in handling NCRs and corrective actions.
• Conduct quality walk‑downs, spot‑checks and verify calibration of inspection equipment.
• Provide training and technical guidance to QC Inspectors.
• Prepare and compile quality documentation for project handover.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of quality control experience on EPC or industrial construction projects, including supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical) or related field; QC/inspection certification preferred.
