Receptionist – Front Desk & Medical Administration

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Receptionist to join our team, handling front‑desk duties and supporting medical administrative processes. The position is open to Saudi nationals and offers the chance to work closely with children’s services and insurance operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage appointments and coordinate child‑related activities.
- Handle front‑desk interactions and general administrative tasks.
- Maintain children’s files and related documentation.
- Process insurance approvals and submit claims.
- Perform basic billing and other insurance‑related functions.
Required profile
- Previous experience in an administrative or reception role.
- Basic knowledge of medical insurance or billing preferred.
- Familiarity with ICD‑10 and CPT coding systems is a plus.
- High attention to detail for coding accuracy and policy interpretation.
- Organised, proactive, and strong communication abilities.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Saudi nationality requirement.
