Product Specialist – Medical Devices (Radiology or Cardiac/Surgical)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Product Specialists to join a leading healthcare company in Saudi Arabia. The role is field‑based, supporting hospitals with radiology or cardiac & surgical equipment, delivering clinical training and technical assistance directly to physicians, technologists and nursing staff.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the clinical and technical liaison for radiology, cardiology, cath lab or surgery departments on the assigned product portfolio.
• Conduct live product demonstrations, in‑service training and hands‑on workshops to drive adoption and correct usage.
• Provide procedural support, including imaging protocols, contrast media handling, catheterisation or surgical assistance.
• Manage the full tender process: review technical specifications, prepare clinical evaluation documents and coordinate NUPCO/Etimad submissions.
• Oversee equipment installation, commissioning and after‑sales technical support together with service and biomedical engineering teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, department heads and biomedical engineers.
• Monitor product performance, collect customer feedback and escalate quality or technical issues to the manufacturer.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Product Specialist, Application Specialist or similar hands‑on clinical/technical role in medical devices.
• Clinical or technical background preferred – radiology technologist licence, nursing qualification or biomedical/medical engineering degree.
• Proven experience delivering product training and hands‑on demonstrations to clinical staff.
• Comfortable working in hospital environments, including procedure rooms, cath labs or imaging suites.
• Familiarity with NUPCO/Etimad tender processes is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Radiology, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• Based in Jeddah or Riyadh and willing to travel regionally.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
