Regional Quality Coordinator

About the role

Almarai is seeking a Regional Quality Coordinator to oversee and maintain quality systems across its poultry operations in the Riyadh region. You will ensure that all processes from receiving to delivery meet the highest standards, protecting consumer safety and brand reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor quality procedures for receiving, inspecting, handling, storing, selling, and delivering poultry products.
• Implement, train, audit, and report on quality systems, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
• Review procedures, recommend corrective actions, and follow up on implementation.
• Update SQA forms and conduct continuous improvement analyses.

Required profile

• Degree in Poultry Technology, Science, or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in poultry quality assurance and quality management systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English; verbal Arabic proficiency.
• Knowledge of international quality standards such as ISO 9000 and HACCP.
• Understanding of product composition, food hygiene, and proper product handling.
• Strong report‑writing abilities and a results‑oriented mindset.
