Required profile
- Basic understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple requests.
