IT Supervisor – Saudi Nationals Only

About the role

The IT Supervisor will ensure the smooth operation of all technology systems at our hotel in Jeddah. This full‑time position supports end‑users, maintains hardware and software, and safeguards company assets while providing excellent service to guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, peripherals, and network connectivity.
• Support server systems, perform system backups, and manage user accounts, including password resets.
• Install, configure, and modify workstations, laptops, docking stations, printers, and cabling.
• Maintain inventory of technology devices and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and external technicians for major issues or equipment replacement.
• Secure backup media and computer/telephone rooms, and educate users on data protection.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant IT support experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Saudi national (as specified).
