About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our distributed team. This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling and allows you to work from anywhere within your region while supporting business operations through accurate data entry and maintenance.
Key responsibilities
- Enter large volumes of data into internal databases, spreadsheets, and management systems.
- Transcribe information from digital and document‑based sources and keep records up to date.
- Verify accuracy of entered information, correct inconsistencies, and perform routine quality checks.
- Process customer records, inventory details, financial transactions, and administrative documentation.
- Generate reports or summaries for management when requested.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and follow data‑protection guidelines.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and stay productive in a remote environment.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Clear communication for collaborating with remote team members.
Required skills
- Typing speed of at least 50 wpm with 98%+ accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet tools.
- Familiarity with database systems or CRM platforms.
- Experience with cloud‑based collaboration tools.
