About the role
PulseMediaNL is looking for a proactive Remote Project Assistant to support the coordination of multiple initiatives. You will help keep projects on track, ensure clear communication, and maintain organized documentation while working fully remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking project activities and timelines.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document key takeaways.
- Support project managers with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Serve as a point of contact between team members and departments, facilitating clear communication.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and records.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates as needed.
- Help improve project workflows and internal processes.
- Manage tools and systems used for project tracking and communication.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in project support, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
- Detail‑oriented with problem‑solving aptitude.
- Proactive, independent work style and comfortable in a fully remote setting.
Required skills
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
