Restaurant Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Raffles Makkah Palace is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead one of its four dining outlets. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, driving revenue, and creating a motivating workplace for the team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests.
• Lead, coach and manage the restaurant team, ensuring service standards are consistently met.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in recruitment, training and development of staff.
• Balance operational, administrative and colleague needs, and conduct regular departmental meetings.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to implement revenue‑maximising strategies, promotions and practices.
• Maintain full knowledge of menus, promotions and outlet operations.
• Manage departmental budgets, control costs and achieve profitability targets.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, sanitation and service policies.
• Promote continuous improvement in guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of F&B management experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly organised with excellent planning skills.
• Goal‑oriented and results‑focused.
• Analytical mindset with proven ability to develop teams.
• International experience is an asset.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, self‑motivated and charismatic team player.
