About the role
As a Restaurant Supervisor you will oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth coordination between front‑of‑house and kitchen teams.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front‑of‑house team to deliver outstanding guest service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, handling any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all staff follow service standards, health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure food quality and presentation meet standards.
- Oversee and manage the dining area to keep it clean, organized, and ready for guests.
- Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager to optimize staffing levels during peak periods.
- Manage and track reservations, ensuring timely seating and smooth flow of service.
- Assist with inventory control, keeping supplies stocked and operating within budgeted costs.
- Ensure staff are knowledgeable about the menu, specials, and promotions.
- Support the Restaurant Manager with administrative duties such as schedules and payroll.
