Roads Coordinator – Dry Utilities (Saudi National)

About the role

Parsons is seeking a Roads Coordinator – Dry Utilities to manage the integration of dry utility networks with road, access, parking and airfield infrastructure across Saudi Arabia. The role ensures that utility works are planned, coordinated and completed without impacting road construction schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate dry utility works associated with roads, service roads, parking areas and airfield infrastructure.
• Review approved road and utility drawings, profiles and sections to identify required utilities.
• Manage utility crossings, duct banks, chambers, manholes, sleeves, conduits and protection systems.
• Monitor construction sequencing to avoid clashes, re‑work and damage to installed utilities.
• Liaise with contractors, subcontractors and planning teams to align utility works with road construction milestones.
• Track outstanding utility items that could affect road works and resolve technical, design or access constraints.
• Support RFIs, technical queries, design clarifications and site coordination issues.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, as‑built verification and handover of utility works.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in civil or infrastructure engineering, preferably in road and utility coordination.
• Saudi national status as required by the posting.
• Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and manage interface issues.
