Sales & Events Coordinator – Chocolate Boutique

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Events Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of memorable events at our Chocolate Boutique in Dammam while driving sales initiatives. You will work closely with a creative team to enhance the boutique’s brand and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of events at the Chocolate Boutique, including planning, logistics, and execution to ensure a seamless experience for attendees and clients.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote the boutique’s offerings, utilizing social media and other marketing channels to reach a broader audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that highlight upcoming events and special offers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded, leading to repeat business and referrals.
• Monitor and analyze sales data and event feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, making data‑driven decisions to optimize future events.
• Oversee inventory management for event supplies and chocolate products, ensuring adequate stock levels while minimizing waste.
• Assist in training new team members on event coordination processes and customer service standards.
• Organize and lead pre‑event meetings with staff to outline roles, responsibilities, and timelines.
