Sales Key Account Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

DXC Technology is looking for an experienced Sales Key Account Manager to lead and expand strategic customer relationships across Saudi Arabia. You will own a portfolio of high‑value accounts, drive revenue growth, and position DXC’s technology solutions to senior business and technology leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, acting as the primary commercial relationship owner.
• Develop account strategies and growth plans to increase revenue, profitability and share of wallet.
• Build and maintain relationships with C‑level executives, procurement teams and technology leaders.
• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities through cross‑selling, upselling and solution expansion.
• Position DXC capabilities in Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Applications, Data & AI, Digital Transformation, Managed Services and Consulting.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle: qualification, solution positioning, proposal, negotiation, contracting and closure.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, solution architects, delivery, finance and leadership to craft competitive solutions.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline, provide accurate forecasts and account reporting.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and work with delivery teams to mitigate commercial risks.
• Track upcoming tenders, transformation initiatives and technology investments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years of enterprise technology sales, account management or business development experience.
• Proven track record of managing and growing large enterprise accounts.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
