About the role
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead and motivate a team of sales executives to meet and exceed both team and individual targets. You will build a high‑performing sales team, generate leads, pitch Lalamove’s services to new clients and nurture strong relationships with contacts.
Key responsibilities
- Motivate and manage the sales team, set goals and ensure they are achieved.
- Analyze sales data, identify weaknesses, and report findings to senior management.
- Prospect, qualify leads, pitch services and follow up on new business opportunities.
- Develop and refine the sales process, applying consultative selling techniques to meet KPIs.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in a startup or logistics environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field from a reputable institution.
- Strong problem‑solving, presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to take accountability and roll up your sleeves.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Proficiency with CRM tools is a plus.
