About the role
The Sales Manager will lead a high‑performing B2C real‑estate sales team, driving revenue growth while ensuring top‑notch customer satisfaction. This hands‑on leader thrives in a fast‑paced, global environment and inspires the team to consistently exceed targets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve and surpass revenue goals.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to increase market share.
- Set clear KPIs for individuals and the team, monitor performance through CRM and data‑driven insights.
- Conduct daily meetings, pipeline reviews and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams on lead generation and conversion initiatives.
- Analyse market trends, performance data and customer feedback to optimise sales effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.
Required profile
- 6‑7+ years of B2C sales experience, preferably in real estate or high‑value consumer sectors.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
- Strong leadership experience managing 10+ direct reports (20+ total).
- Deep knowledge of the Saudi real‑estate market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
- Resilient, self‑driven and able to lead under pressure.

- Experience using data analytics tools.
