Sales Manager – Industrial & EPC Sectors

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead and expand sales activities across EPC clients and direct industrial customers. This position focuses on driving revenue growth, building long‑term relationships, and promoting our products and services in sectors such as cement, oil & gas, petrochemicals, mining, metal fabrication, steel manufacturing, and industrial machinery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with EPC clients and direct industrial customers.
• Identify new business opportunities within targeted industrial sectors.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct market assessments to align solutions with customer needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Product/Technical teams.
• Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and manage contract execution.
• Maintain strong industry knowledge for consultative selling.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective account management and after‑sales support.
• Track sales performance, forecast revenue, and report to senior management.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of sales experience in industrial sectors.
• Proven experience managing EPC clients and navigating EPC project cycles.
• Background in cement, oil & gas, petrochemical, mining, or metal fabrication.
• Experience in technical/industrial product sales is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or related field (required).
• Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering, MBA or equivalent is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of industrial market dynamics and EPC procurement processes.
• Proficiency in CRM systems.
• Proficiency in sales reporting tools.
