About the role
AlWatania Information Systems is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its sales initiatives within the technology sector. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, guiding a high‑performing sales team, and building lasting client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets and company objectives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that increase market share and expand the customer base.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with offerings.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and deliver training to team members.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of sales management experience, preferably in technology or IT.
- Proven record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
