Sales Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Representative to generate new business, build strong customer relationships and drive revenue growth. The role is fully remote and involves managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post‑sale follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers through calls, email, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Generate new sales opportunities and maintain a consistent pipeline.
• Contact prospects to understand their needs and present suitable products or services.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demos and discovery calls as required.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations and sales presentations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and agreements within company guidelines.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers to move opportunities forward.
• Record leads and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth hand‑over to delivery or support.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development, account management or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a structured sales pipeline.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote‑work setup.

Required skills

• Strong prospecting, presentation and objection‑handling abilities.
