Scaffolding Supervisor – Oil & Gas Projects

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to lead scaffold operations on Saudi Aramco oil & gas, petrochemical and refinery projects. The role involves overseeing safety, quality and efficiency of all scaffold activities on site.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the erection, modification and dismantling of scaffolding systems.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco safety standards and local regulations.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and hazard identification.
• Coordinate with site engineers, riggers and labor crews to meet project schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of scaffold load capacities and equipment inspections.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of scaffolding supervision experience, preferably in the Gulf region.
• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in a relevant technical field.
• Prior experience on Saudi Aramco projects is highly preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site in Saudi Arabia for the duration of the contract.
