About the role

Lead manufacturing audit activities, manage audit teams, assess operational controls and provide recommendations to improve process effectiveness, compliance and performance.

Key responsibilities

Assess manufacturing risks and develop risk‑based audit plans covering operations, supply chain, inventory, procurement and compliance.
Manage audit engagements, oversee audit teams, review findings and ensure quality outcomes.
Evaluate process controls, identify gaps and recommend improvements across ERP systems and manufacturing applications.
Analyze manufacturing KPIs, monitor corrective actions and report findings to plant leadership.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
6–10 years of experience in internal audit, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments.
Proven ability to lead audit teams, manage stakeholder relationships and drive process improvements.
