Senior Architect

About the role

The Senior Architect will lead the review and implementation of architectural designs, ensuring they meet approved drawings, project specifications, and local regulations. This role requires close coordination with civil, MEP, and other discipline teams to integrate designs and resolve technical conflicts while maintaining design intent on site.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve architectural designs, shop drawings, material submittals, and mock‑ups.
• Coordinate with civil, MEP, consultants and stakeholders to ensure design integration and timely issue resolution.
• Monitor on‑site architectural work to guarantee quality, accuracy, and compliance with design intent.
• Ensure adherence to local codes, regulations, and authority requirements.
• Support value‑engineering initiatives while preserving design integrity.
• Provide technical guidance to the architectural team and drive performance and quality improvements.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Professional Architect License from the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• LEED certification or equivalent architectural certifications.
