Senior Contract Administrator

About the role

Hassan Allam Holding is looking for a Senior Contract Administrator to lead the administration of contracts across its construction and engineering projects. The role ensures compliance, manages risk, and supports claim resolution while maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer ongoing contracts and monitor compliance for all projects.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and control client correspondence, data, and reports.
• Align contract administration with project requirements and manage risk assessments.
• Lead claim resolution procedures, prepare statements of claims and defenses.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients, contractors, and partners to resolve disputes amicably.
• Prepare contract synopses to raise awareness among project teams.
• Develop and maintain contract administration systems, processes, and reporting mechanisms.
• Supervise all contracts/claims administration activities in line with company policies.
• Review contract drafts and project-specific agreements to protect company interests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 8‑12 years of experience in contract administration or related fields.
• Strong commercial knowledge; MBA considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with Egyptian Civil Code, Administrative Law 182/2018, and the laws of England and Wales.
• Experience with legal drafting techniques and construction law (CLAC or higher).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Fluent in English; French proficiency is a plus.
