Senior Architect & Project Manager – High‑End Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Architect / Project Manager to lead high‑end, complex architectural projects from concept through delivery. The role combines design leadership, technical coordination, BIM management and project oversight within a consultancy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept design to construction documentation and tender.
• Coordinate client, internal design teams, sub‑consultants and authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage scope, schedules, design deliverables, technical quality and coordination workflow.
• Identify and mitigate design, coordination and authority‑approval risks.
• Conduct BIM‑based coordination, clash detection and model reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code, municipal, civil‑defence and accessibility regulations.
• Prepare progress updates, lead project meetings and follow up on action items.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in high‑rise, hospitality, mixed‑use or luxury developments.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and sub‑consultants.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi codes and local authority requirements.
• Excellent communication with clients, authorities and stakeholders.

Required skills

• BIM coordination and model management.
