Senior Associate – Early Careers Recruiter (Riyadh)

About the role

EY is looking for a Senior Associate to lead early‑careers recruitment across the MENA region, based in Riyadh. You will act as a trusted advisor to business units, champion the EY brand on university campuses, and drive the pipeline of high‑potential interns and graduates.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders and service lines to define hiring targets, timelines and candidate profiles for assigned MENA locations.
• Design and execute data‑driven campus recruitment strategies aligned with nationalisation goals and market insights.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for interns and graduates, from attraction and sourcing to offers and pre‑joining experience.
• Lead and continuously improve the internship programme, focusing on candidate experience and conversion to graduate hires.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, faculty, career services and student societies across the region.
• Collaborate with Recruitment and Employer Branding teams to create targeted attraction and engagement campaigns.
• Plan and deliver campus events such as career fairs, insight sessions, workshops, assessment centres and networking events.
• Use recruitment data to monitor progress, identify risks and enhance outcomes.

• Strong knowledge of campus recruitment best practices and national talent development agendas.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
