About the role

We are partnering with a leading international company to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist for its Riyadh office. The role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple business functions, supporting the company’s growth strategy and ensuring high‑quality talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes from requisition to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals and direct sourcing.
  • Screen candidates, conduct interviews and assessments.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws and internal recruitment policies.
  • Assist with onboarding activities and broader HR projects as required.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or HR.
  • Experience managing full‑cycle recruitment across multiple functions.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
