Senior Audit & Assurance – Financial Services (Riyadh)

About the role

As a Senior in Audit & Assurance for the Financial Services sector at Deloitte in Riyadh, you will lead audit engagements, build trust with stakeholders and ensure high‑quality delivery in line with regulatory expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and adapt audit referral instructions, defining scope and focus areas for each engagement.
• Liaise with on‑shore and off‑shore Centers of Excellence, coordinating tasks and ensuring accurate information exchange.
• Track deliverables from component auditors, linking risks, controls and findings across the audit file.
• Articulate audit quality milestones and challenge audit timing to improve efficiency.
• Prepare documentation that anticipates reviewer questions and distinguishes accounting from auditing judgments.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to build credibility with clients and understand their service expectations.
• Strong awareness of regulatory impact, risk management and business processes.
• Experience in financial sector audits and familiarity with group audit structures.
• Effective communication with both finance functions and broader business stakeholders.
