Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations in Jubail. The role involves overseeing reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, analysis and risk management to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports to senior management.
• Develop, manage and monitor budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, local regulations and internal controls.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances and cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Identify, assess and mitigate financial risks across operations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on business planning and investment decisions.
• Lead, mentor and develop members of the finance team.
• Implement and improve financial policies, procedures and systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 5–12 years of progressive finance experience, including managerial responsibilities.
• Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, accounting principles, analysis and risk management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of local regulatory requirements and GAAP.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems.
