Senior Consultant – Contract Manager

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Consultant – Contract Manager to join its Contract Services team in Saudi Arabia. The role will support the delivery of contract development, administration, claims and dispute resolution services across the region, working with a diverse portfolio of construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review and administer standard form contracts (including FIDIC) for major construction projects.
• Provide commercial management advice and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead the preparation and submission of claim reports and manage the claims process.
• Assist in dispute avoidance, arbitration and litigation procedures.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and contribute to the growth of the Contract Services division.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a consultancy or contractor environment within the built environment sector.
• Strong background in quantity surveying, commercial management, engineering or law.
• Demonstrated ability to work client‑facing and deliver presentations.
• Methodical analytical approach with a commercial mindset.
