Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer (Saudi Nationals)

About the role

As a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer you will design, implement and maintain critical IT systems at our Saudi site, reporting to the IT Manager. You will work closely with business teams, remote support groups and contractors to ensure high‑availability of networking and server environments.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and sustain Windows Server, AD, DFS, Print Services and SCCM across the site.
• Configure, troubleshoot and monitor routers, switches, wireless APs, structured cabling, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and TCP/IP.
• Lead site‑level projects, manage change requests and keep stakeholders informed.
• Provide escalation support for IT Support Technicians and remote teams.
• Mentor and train technicians, support recruitment and on‑call rotation for high‑severity incidents.
• Maintain compliance with Amazon IT and Health & Safety standards and manage contractor relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience with Windows Server technologies (AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM).
• At least 2 years troubleshooting in a multi‑user, high‑availability environment.
• 2 + years of PC repair, deployment and liquidation.
• 2 + years of networking experience (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP).
• Experience supporting corporate Windows, macOS or Linux desktops.

Required skills

• Windows Server, Active Directory, DFS, Print Services, SCCM.
• PC hardware repair and imaging.
• Networking fundamentals: routers, switches, wireless APs, structured cabling, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, SSL.
• Knowledge of corporate OS support (Windows, macOS, Linux).
