Senior Manager Program Delivery

About the role

Riyadh Air is seeking a senior leader to oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of its Enterprise Systems portfolio. The role focuses on ensuring stable, scalable, and high‑performing solutions across ERP, HCM, finance, procurement, EPM, automation and corporate platforms while maintaining operational continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise programmes, from planning through deployment and release.
• Set and uphold standards for reliable and secure programme delivery aligned with the Enterprise Systems Operating Model.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, vendor performance, and disciplined change management.
• Ensure risk management, safety, and operational readiness throughout all initiatives.
• Lead, coach and develop high‑performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.

Required profile

• University degree with at least 10 years of experience in enterprise systems delivery, ERP, HRIS, finance, procurement, EPM or digital transformation.
• Proven track record in vendor management, stakeholder engagement and aligning IT initiatives with business objectives.
• Experience in programme planning, financial oversight and risk management within regulated environments.
• Demonstrated leadership of programme teams and delivery partners across large‑scale initiatives.
