Senior Operations & Maintenance Professional – City Infrastructure (Saudi Nationals)

About the role

The Senior Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Professional will lead daily city‑scale operations, maintenance and asset management for large‑scale infrastructure projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures that municipal services, utilities and facilities meet the highest safety, efficiency and sustainability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day city operations, municipal services and asset maintenance while complying with national HSE regulations.
• Develop and execute preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programmes and oversee the full asset life‑cycle from commissioning to decommissioning.
• Manage service level agreements, monitor KPIs and produce performance reports for executive leadership.
• Supervise third‑party contractors, O&M service providers and internal technical teams, acting as the primary contact for technical inquiries and system audits.
• Control operational budgets (OPEX), identify cost‑saving opportunities and track work orders using a CMMS.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or Facility Management.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in O&M, facility management or city‑scale infrastructure, preferably on mega‑projects or master‑planned communities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
