Senior Project Manager (Entertainment)

About the role

Parsons Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale entertainment district programmes across Saudi Arabia. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from concept through handover, ensuring seamless integration with infrastructure, transportation, utilities and residential components.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, govern and deliver complex development programmes, establishing schedules, budgets and performance targets.
• Develop execution strategies, roadmaps and master schedules aligned with national and business objectives.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams—including infrastructure, transport, utilities and community development—to achieve cohesive delivery.
• Manage cost estimating, value engineering, cost control and forecasting for all project packages.
• Implement risk and issue management processes, including mitigation and contingency planning.
• Review and approve technical deliverables, ensuring compliance with codes, regulations and constructability standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years (180 months) of experience in construction and project management of large‑scale programmes.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and manage complex inter‑dependencies.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian regulations and infrastructure standards.
• Excellent analytical, budgeting and scheduling skills.
