Senior Project Manager

About the role

Parsons is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead medium‑size projects or multiple small projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, budget and quality while fostering a safe and collaborative site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise site activities and staff performance.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives.
• Prepare and submit weekly progress reports.
• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies.
• Develop technical presentations for project updates.
• Assist the Project Manager with daily administrative tasks.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to manage project timelines and resources.
• Strong problem‑solving and estimation capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Primavera P6 for project scheduling.
