Senior Project Manager

About the role

Compass Project Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale mixed‑use developments in Al Khobar. The role will be the primary liaison between the client, consultants, contractors, authorities and other stakeholders, ensuring delivery from design through to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project delivery across all phases, from inception to close‑out.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project execution plans and sub‑plans.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Oversee procurement strategies, technical submissions, IFC documentation and construction activities.
• Manage authority approvals and stakeholder coordination.
• Chair weekly progress meetings, prepare dashboard reports and monitor programme, risks and commercial performance.
• Ensure compliance with quality, HSE and operational standards.
• Control change processes, obtain client approvals and produce project reporting.
• Supervise inspections, testing, commissioning and final handover, including warranties and asset information.

Required profile

• Proven client‑side or PMC experience managing large‑scale mixed‑use, hospitality, residential or commercial projects in the GCC, preferably Saudi Arabia.
• Strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and to quality expectations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
