Site Administrator (Site-based)

About the role

We are seeking a Site Administrator (Site‑based) to join our Project Execution Team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role supports daily site operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes, safety compliance, and effective coordination among personnel, subcontractors and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate issuance, renewal and tracking of gate passes for site personnel, subcontractors, suppliers and visitors.
• Verify that all individuals entering the site have completed required safety inductions and possess necessary documentation.
• Liaise with security to enforce access‑control procedures and maintain up‑to‑date access logs.
• Manage office supplies, personal protective equipment and other consumables in collaboration with various departments.
• Provide clerical support to the site management team, including organizing meetings, preparing minutes and following up on action items.
• Act as the primary administrative point of contact between the site and internal teams.
• Assist with scheduling deliveries and coordinating with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of administrative experience in a site environment, preferably construction or engineering.
• Strong organizational, communication and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work flexibly, handle interruptions and multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
• Attention to detail, discretion, integrity and independent problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Valid Saudi driving licence.
