Senior Project Manager – Master Planning/Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a highly qualified Senior Project Manager with a strong technical background in infrastructure and master planning to lead complex land development projects. The position will focus on projects in Saudi Arabia, based either in KSA or the UAE, with periodic travel to KSA as required.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage land development projects covering master planning, transport planning, roads, utilities, and landscaping.
• Build and guide cross‑functional teams, providing mentorship and motivation.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure deliverables meet expectations and budgets.
• Develop and control project budgets, allocate resources, and monitor expenditures.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Create work breakdown structures, schedules, and manage scope changes.
• Implement quality management processes and foster a quality culture.
• Oversee procurement activities, including agreements and subcontractor appointments.
• Establish stakeholder and communication plans and manage approvals.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large, complex land development projects in the Middle East.
• Minimum 10 years in land development disciplines such as civil engineering, utilities, roads, or transport planning.
• Strong technical understanding of master planning, infrastructure, transport planning, landscaping, and sustainability.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams from inception to completion.
