Senior Project Manager – Product Development

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will orchestrate complex product development lifecycles, acting as the bridge between Product Management, Engineering, and Business Stakeholders. You will ensure digital products are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of multiple product workstreams aligned with the product roadmap.
• Champion Agile/Scrum practices, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
• Serve as primary contact for senior leadership, providing transparent reporting on project health, risks, and milestones.
• Manage cross‑functional resource allocation (Design, Development, QA) to avoid bottlenecks.
• Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks with proactive contingency plans.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, functional requirements, and post‑launch impact reports.
• Oversee change management for new feature requests and scope adjustments.
• Continuously improve development workflows to reduce technical debt and accelerate time‑to‑market.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience in software or product development.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI‑ACP are highly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for executive‑level presentations.
