Senior SharePoint Server Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SharePoint Server Developer with 7–10 years of hands‑on experience to design, develop, customize, integrate, deploy, and support enterprise SharePoint on‑premises solutions. The role spans the full development lifecycle and includes technical leadership and mentorship responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, deploy, and maintain enterprise solutions on SharePoint Server 2016, 2019, and Subscription Edition.
• Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, estimation, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, support, upgrades, and modernization.
• Build server‑side and client‑side solutions using C#.NET Framework, SharePoint Object Model, farm/WSP, SPFx, TypeScript, React, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
• Implement integrations via CSOM, JSOM, REST APIs, SharePoint Web Services, and enterprise systems.
• Develop Microsoft‑based applications using ASP.NET Web Forms, MVC, Core, WCF, WIF, and Windows Workflow Foundation.
• Create SQL Server solutions with complex queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Deliver reporting and BI solutions using SSRS, Power BI, Excel Services, and PerformancePoint Services.
• Write PowerShell scripts for deployment, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and automation.
• Package, deploy, upgrade, and maintain custom solutions across development, test, UAT, and production environments.
• Support SharePoint upgrade and migration initiatives, assess legacy customizations, and drive modernization.
• Troubleshoot performance, permissions, authentication, workflow, and environment issues.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, produce technical documentation, and mentor junior developers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 7–10 years of professional software development experience with extensive SharePoint Server development.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor development teams.
