Site Architect – Construction & Design (Riyadh)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Site Architect to join our construction and design team in Riyadh. You will be responsible for supervising on‑site architectural activities, ensuring that the project follows approved designs, quality standards, and schedule commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise on‑site architectural works and verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate daily with engineers, contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Review architectural drawings, material selections, and technical documents.
• Monitor progress, conduct regular site inspections, and resolve design‑related issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and construction standards.
• Prepare site reports, documentation, and progress updates.
• Support project coordination from design development through completion.

Required profile

• Saudi nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Previous experience in site architecture, construction, or project supervision.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction methods, and site execution.
• Excellent communication, coordination, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced construction environment.
