About the role
Lucidya is seeking a Solutions Consultant to bridge the gap between customer challenges and the company’s AI‑native CX platform. You will help prospects understand how Lucidya’s technology fits their workflows, turning curiosity into confidence and supporting the sales journey from discovery to adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Develop deep, hands‑on knowledge of Lucidya’s products and translate it into real‑world customer solutions.
- Partner with Sales to uncover needs, ask probing questions, and design technical and business‑focused solutions.
- Lead demos, workshops, and presentations that showcase value beyond product features.
- Own and execute Proof of Concepts, delivering tangible results before purchase decisions.
- Support complex sales cycles by responding to RFIs/RFPs and addressing detailed technical queries.
- Act as a feedback conduit to Product, Engineering, and Marketing, informing roadmap and messaging.
- Identify expansion opportunities and help customers envision next‑level success with Lucidya.
- Ensure smooth handover from pre‑sales to onboarding and Customer Success.
Required profile
- Curious mindset with a drive to understand underlying customer problems.
- Strong communicator able to present to senior stakeholders and simplify technical concepts.
