About the role
The Assistant Boutique Manager supports store operations by ensuring high‑quality customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining compliance with pricing policies. You will work directly with customers, staff, and cross‑functional teams to drive sales performance and enhance satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily store activities to achieve sales goals while adhering to service standards and pricing policies.
- Manage a small store or multiple departments, coordinating staff schedules and resources.
- Develop and execute customer contact plans for product launches and sales campaigns.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly.
- Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate products, and process custom or special orders.
- Provide detailed product and service information, including demonstrations when required.
- Handle basic issue escalations and obtain managerial approvals as needed.
- Participate in training, coaching, and continuous education to stay current on technology, regulations, and industry best practices.
Required profile
- Short‑cycle tertiary education.
- Proven ability to work independently as an experienced practitioner.
- Basic experience coordinating the work of others in a collaborative environment.
