Spa Manager

About the role

The Spa Manager will lead all spa operations at Le Méridien Towers Makkah, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient departmental performance. Reporting to senior hotel management, this role oversees service delivery across salon, skin‑care, massage, reservations, reception, and locker‑room areas.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of spa staff, guaranteeing high standards of service and cleanliness.
• Manage inventory, supplies, equipment, and uniform provisions within budget constraints.
• Assist the Spa Director and assume full responsibility in their absence.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgets, operating statements, and payroll reports.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and promote continuous improvement in service quality.
• Conduct employee onboarding, training, performance feedback, and progressive discipline as needed.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and recognize employee achievements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in spa, guest services, or a related hospitality field.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to address guest concerns promptly.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, inventories, and staff schedules.
