Staff Nurse I – Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah

About the role

The Staff Nurse I provides comprehensive nursing care across multiple clinical areas, ensuring adherence to the nursing process and established standards of practice. The role also involves acting as a shift resource or team leader when required.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver patient‑centered nursing care in medical, pediatric, emergency, cardiac surgery, ICU, and other specialized units.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Maintain documentation and meet performance standards set by the facility.
• Lead or support the nursing team during shifts, acting as a resource for colleagues.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with at least 2 years of full‑time RN experience, or Associate/Diploma in Nursing with at least 4 years of full‑time RN experience.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure from the country of origin and a valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) license.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and ability to work in fast‑paced clinical environments.
