Station Manager – Riyadh

About the role

Delta is looking for a Station Manager to lead its Riyadh hub. The role is responsible for the overall airport operation, ensuring safety, security, regulatory compliance, a premium customer experience, and strong operational performance in a dynamic international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Riyadh station with accountability for safety, security, compliance, customer experience and operational performance.
• Develop and execute station operating plans, identify capital needs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with airport authorities, local regulators and key business partners.
• Coach, mentor and manage the station team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Represent Delta in Airline Operators Committee meetings and advocate for operational priorities.
• Drive process improvements, change management and communication across the station and partner groups.
• Collaborate with regional teams and headquarters to align station goals with corporate objectives.
• Review and approve operational invoices.

Required profile

• Valid authorization to live and work in Saudi Arabia (Delta does not sponsor).
• Strong operational leadership experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, security and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to lead teams, build accountability and maintain high performance standards.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Flexibility and resilience to adapt to evolving business needs.
