Logistics Manager & Activities Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Logistics Manager & Activities Coordinator to join our Riyadh campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations while also planning and delivering extracurricular and co‑curricular events that reflect our school’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement, inventory control, and supply‑chain coordination to ensure smooth school operations.
• Develop and execute logistics plans for school activities, events, and day‑to‑day needs.
• Collaborate with school leadership to design, schedule, and implement extracurricular programs.
• Negotiate with external vendors, monitor contracts, and secure cost‑effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, orders, and vendor performance.
• Provide excellent customer service to staff, students, and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field (preferred).
• Strong background in logistics, supply‑chain, procurement and inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate events simultaneously.
• Experience in the educational sector or event management is advantageous.
