Store Manager - Luxury Brand

About the role

Chalhoub Group, a luxury retailer with over 10 owned brands and more than 950 stores across the Middle East, is hiring a Store Manager for a luxury brand in Riyadh. The manager is responsible for maximizing the store's commercial performance and delivering an exceptional guest experience, driving both eNPS and cNPS through people and customer experience strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Drive in-store customer experience initiatives and plan the succession of team members, nurturing talent through on-the-job coaching and stretch assignments with the People Partner
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including visual merchandising, adherence to retail store SOPs, sales team schedules and commissions
• Offer store support such as concessions, act as the main contact with back-office operations, and ensure click-and-collect is delivered within SLAs
• Ensure customer data is captured correctly by the sales team and promote the MUSE loyalty program so the floor team knows the app offerings
• Promote omnichannel sales, increase revenue against targets and raise sell-through at full price
• Provide regular feedback on what is working and what is not

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Business Administration or Management
• 3 to 5 years of experience managing retail shops, preferably in luxury brands
• Good communication skills in English
