Territory Lead - Sports Medicine, Central Region

About the role

Stryker is looking for a Territory Lead to support the growth of its Endoscopy and Sports Medicine Division in the Central Region of Saudi Arabia. The position is hybrid and involves a high travel percentage of 80%. The role covers customer relationships, sales activities, deliveries and installations, collections, quality feedback and scientific support.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers in the assigned area and report on trends, competitors, product developments and regulations.
• Carry out sales activities against regional targets, prepare sales reports and plan, run and report on customer/partner visits and demos.
• Evaluate requests for proposals and prepare complete material lists according to customer needs.
• Inform customers about purchasing methods (tender, intermediate purchase, leasing, external purchase) and cooperate with the tender department on selected projects.
• Track material delivery dates and inform customers, and carry out delivery and installation of materials.
• Provide post-sales user training for the product portfolio and attend surgery cases.
• Bring customer bills to accrual and follow up collections with Finance and Accounting so payments are made on time.
• Pass on customer complaints to the Quality Management Representative, evaluate them and report back to the customer.
• Prepare and deliver congress and demo materials to the storehouse in a sterilized, undamaged condition.
• Share scientific support requests and plans with the marketing department and support the logistics team when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, medical or a related field.
• 2-3 years of commercial experience as a territory lead or similar.
• Experience in sports medicine.
• Preferred: experience in endoscopy.
