Strategy Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation (MBB Experience Required)

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants to help design and evaluate AI training environments. You will translate real consulting engagements into structured scenarios that teach advanced language models how to reason like senior advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project environments, including industry context, financial data, constraints and ambiguous inputs.
• Design discrete consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimisation, growth strategy and operational diagnosis.
• Define evaluation criteria, grading rubrics and golden-answer solutions to calibrate LLM-based assessment systems.
• Collaborate remotely with the AI data-generation team to ensure alignment with real-world consulting standards.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑structuring capabilities.
• Experience creating client‑facing deliverables and financial/market models.
