ServiceNow Engineer – ITSM Specialist

About the role

Jawraa, a leading digital transformation partner in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Engineer to lead the optimisation and enhancement of its ServiceNow applications. You will be responsible for administering the platform, customizing modules, and integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems to improve service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and manage the ServiceNow platform, including user management and system configuration.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
• Design and implement automated workflows to increase efficiency.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation for configurations, processes, and customisations.
• Conduct user training sessions and promote best practices across teams.
• Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features, upgrades, and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow administration and development.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow modules.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or equivalent certification is a plus.
